These terms govern your use of the Care Cove Command platform and this website, operated by Care Cove Limited. By creating an account you accept them.

Consultancy work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal for that specific piece of work. Where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You must not attempt to access another organisation's information, probe or interfere with the platform's security, or use it to store unlawful content.

The Explore tier is free and we intend to keep a meaningful free tier available. We may change what it includes, and we will tell existing users before reducing anything they rely on.

Prices shown are in pounds sterling. Services marked 'from' are indicative starting prices and the final figure is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Memberships are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Project work is billed as set out in the proposal, including any instalment plan.

Where advertising spend is involved (for example Google Ads), that spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included in our fees.

We are a consultancy, not a regulator. We cannot approve a registration, and nothing we do guarantees that CQC, Ofsted or any other body will reach a particular decision. We cannot guarantee that a tender will be won, that a marketing campaign will produce a specific number of enquiries, or that any particular financial outcome will follow.

Guidance, checklists and templates are provided to help you prepare. They are general in nature, are not legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to a regulator or commissioner.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the platform or a piece of work is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contracts or indirect loss.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
