Care Cove is a UK consultancy working with care providers across England — domiciliary care, supported living, children's services and alternative provision — plus businesses outside care who need systems and AI built properly.

The company was founded by Sheunesu Matewe after building a care business from nothing, achieving a Good CQC rating, supporting more than 150 service users and completing a profitable exit. Every checklist, template and process in this platform came out of doing that work rather than reading about it.

What we saw repeatedly was providers paying thousands for advice that could have been a checklist, and other providers making expensive, avoidable mistakes because nobody had told them the obvious thing. Care Cove Command is the answer to both: the free tools and roadmap are genuinely free, and the paid work is priced openly so you can decide what is worth buying.

We are a consultancy, not a regulator. We cannot approve your registration and we will never claim we can influence a regulatory decision. What we can do is make sure what you submit is complete, coherent and properly evidenced — and that you are ready for the questions.
